Glossary

The E-WISEE Glossary aims to highlight and facilitate specific paths of thinking outside the stereotypical perception of emotional and sexual education. The goal is to act as a guide and useful tool when dealing with this topic. It can help potential educators speak out about topics wrongly perceived as taboo, such as human rights and their assertions. 

The 5 term categories

The Glossary is divided into five categories, each related to a different yet relevant topic in emotional and sexual education.

Each category covers an important aspect of the topic, contains varied terms, and highlights as many sections as possible. In the Glossary, the user can find core and supplementary terms and educational skills that can facilitate the implementation of inclusive educational strategies. The categories are not presented in a hierarchical form but can be perceived as equal and dynamic parts of the same “equation.” For the sake of convenience, therefore, the categories will be listed below:
